Spillways is an innovative multi-disciplinary architectural design, structural and civil engineering company based in Sidcup, Kent focusing primarily on residential and commercial projects. The company was established in 2014 and it is based on the experience of the combined staff knowledge equivalent to 20 years’ in the Architectural and Engineering industry

Civil Engineering
Civil engineering is a discipline concerned around the design, construction, maintainenance of key infrastrcutrue such as railways, canals, dams, buildings, flood and coastal defences and other large structures.
Structural Engineering
Structural engineering is the discipline to help create structures. Structural works take place as part of a team alongside architects, builders and other engineers. They make sure the building works well in practice.
Architectural Design
Architectural Design is the disciple of combining engineering knowledge and best design practise and putting forward a design which is feasible. The role can range from being creative to project management.
